NOTE - We will not explicitly have a 3rd grade team. 3rd graders will tryout with 4th grade, and there is no guarantee that 3rd graders will receive an invitation to join a 4th grade team.

Preferred Participation Option *
Please select your preference.  Choosing Option 1 or Option 2(a) merely indicates your preference but does not guarantee your son will receive that choice.  Your son will not get placed on a higher or lower level team based on that selection.  If you choose Option 2(b), it is likely we will assign your son to a team following that format, but it may be a lower level team than where he would otherwise be placed.  If you select Option 3, your son will be automatically receive an offer for that participation level.  See program information sheet for more details.
